Delivery

DELIVERY NOTICE:-

By default we will ship your order to your PayPal address that appears on the invoice. If you would like to CHANGE this address please EMAIL/ SEND A MESSAGE to our eBay account so customer services can change this for you. All orders are dispatched by 3 pm Monday to Friday except bank holidays.

Any orders that requires changing please also EMAIL/SEND MESSAGE to our eBay account so customer services can amend this for you.

1st Class Standard

£1.99-Delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days from date of dispatch.
There is No tracking number available for this service.

1st Class Recorded Delivery

£2.99- Delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
There is a tracking number available for the parcel.
1ST class recorded delivery does require a signature upon receipt of parcel.

UK Next day Delivery Before 1pm (EXCLUDING SATURDAYS)

£6.50- This service is available Monday-Thursday only except bank holidays (UK ONLY).
Monday-Thursday orders need to be placed before 3pm to be received the next day.
Please be advised that orders placed AFTER 3pm on a Thursday but BEFORE 3pm on Friday will be delivered on a Monday before 1pm.Orders placed AFTER 3pm on a Friday will be delivered BEFORE 1 pm on a Tuesday.
There is a tracking number available for the parcel.
A signature is required upon receipt of parcel.

UK Saturday Next Day Delivery

£9.99- Delivery time is Saturday before 1pm. Orders need to be placed before 3pm on a Friday to be received the next day.
Please be advised that orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday before 1pm.
There is a tracking number available for the parcel.
A signature is required upon receipt of parcel.

European Delivery

Please email for a combined postage cost for more than 1 item.
This service is available Monday to Friday.
Delivery time is approximately 7-14 days from the date of dispatch.
There is a tracking number available for the parcel, if you select the signed for service.

Once your parcel is received in your country, then your countries postal service procedures will apply.
Any additional cost for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

International Delivery

Additional Delivery Information

We can not guarantee delivery times as the times are only approximate.
All deliveries must be signed for if you request the signed for service.
If you are not available to receive your parcel then a calling card from royal mail will be left with details of how and where to collect your parcel from (UK ONLY).
To track your parcel please log on to http://track.royalmail.com
If your parcel is undelivered and you do not try to collect it or make arrangements for re delivery then the parcel will be returned back to us.
If you would like a refund this will be excluding the delivery charge.
If you want the parcel re sending then a further delivery charge is required.
Please take care when entering your name and address details as this may result in lost or undelivered parcels.
Some times the postage cost may vary depending on the item but this will be clearly stated before you pay as to what the cost will be.
If you don’t receive your parcel within 5 working days please email us for your tracking number. If the parcel can’t be located then we will have to wait a minimum of 15 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item (UK ONLY).
International and EU parcels will need to wait a minimum of 21 working days from dispatch date for us to refund or replace the item.
Parcels being delivered to Europe and International countries may be delayed by customs in your country. We will have no information or control over this matter.

Returns

WE HAVE A NO QUIBBLES RETURNS POLICY. 

If you wish to return an item or items to us please do so within 14 days of receipt.

Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant information you will need.

Returned items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging, suitable for re -sale. There must be a copy of your invoice and a letter requesting a refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please state the issue in your letter.

If the returned item is not suitable for re-sale then we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Once we receive your items back we will refund you excluding the original delivery charge. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.

Any beauty products, tutu hot pants or jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

We do advise you to send your parcel back to us using a tracking service i.e. 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel. Please always check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and trace service provided by the postal service, before you ring customer services as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us.

We do advise you to use a tracking service when you send returns back to us as we are unable to process a refund or exchange without the original item back.

7 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD (EU ONLY)

Under the UK distance selling regulations, you as a customer have 7 working days from the day after you receive your items to cancel the contract for your order with us. To do this you MUST inform us in writing. (Please refer to our return address above).

For the contract to be cancelled you MUST return ALL items in your order in their original packaging and suitable for re-sale. These items must not be worn or used in any way.

Using our online returns form is NOT considered a cancellation of your order. This must be in writing to our returns address for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the contract.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please fill in the returns form online and post the item back to us. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty item to do this.

We advise you to use a tracking delivery service. We will refund you the cost of this; you must however send your postage receipt inside the package as proof of cost so we can refund you. Please take a note of the tracking number BEFORE you do this so you can track your parcel, as we can ONLY refund you once we receive the original items back.

REFUNDS

We will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your items.

If you cancel the contract under the distance selling regulations 7 day cooling off period, then you will be entitled to a full refund which is the price of the item plus the original delivery charge. This also applies to any faulty or incorrect items sent out to you. However any items returned outside the 7 day cooling off period will NOT be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge.

EXCHANGES
Once your exchange has been processed we will email you to let you know this has been done. We will request an additional postage cost to send out your exchange this will be the same amount as the original postage amount charged.

PLEASE NOTE

We strongly advise you when trying on items that you make sure perfumes/deodorants/smoke etc do not leave marks or scents on the items. We will not accept the return of used or soiled items.
