Returns policy Any faults that occur within the first 14 days after the Goods have been delivered must be reported to us in writing within this time frame to be eligible for refund/replacement. Please contact us first before you return the Goods. Goods with faults reported 14 days or more after the Goods have been delivered should be sent to the manufacturer/ authorised repairer for repair. All Goods that are reported faulty will be tested upon their return. Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you are a private consumer, you may cancel your purchase within a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery and get your money back in full. Please notify us in writing before sending the Goods. And please note that to be eligible for a refund, all packaging must be in original condition and the Goods must be unused and undamaged. If the Goods are a mobile phone and accessories, the protective screen covers must not have been removed, headphones and any other accessories must be unopened and in their original packaging. If you do wish to cancel your purchase, you must return the Goods, with proof of purchase, to the address below in the same condition as they were in when they were delivered to you, including any accessories that were included in the price, at your risk and at your cost (preferably by sending them using Royal Mail Special Delivery). Please note if you do not return all accessories that were included with your purchase, we shall be entitled to charge you for the cost of the missing items.
