This listing is for a unique, once-in-a-lifetime rock with an image of Jesus in a circular, naturally-made frame, a $18,000+ casino chip collection with some extremely rare chips, and a magazine photo.
No humans have intervened in the formation of this rock. Found in Central California, USA (in my front yard), this rock measures approximately 1.4 inches long by 1.2 inches at its widest point. (3.5 cm by 2.7 cm) Rock weighs less than one ounce. I apologize for the scans - my camera does not take sharp, close-up shots, so I held the rock in a scanner. Rock looks better when seen in person. There is nothing interesting on the reverse side of the rock.
The rock looks a lot like the image of Jesus in a stained glass window that I found (see photo). His eyes are closed or He is looking down, and his head is facing the same way.
When I showed this rock to a professor at Stanford University with a Ph.D. in Geology, he said it was impossible to tell the age.
If you think this image was made by a human, try this experiment: find a small, rounded rock of similar size and composition, and try replicate this image anyway you can think of in an area about the size of a dime using an engraving tool, hammer and chisel, paint, etc. and see what happens.
Why am I asking so much for this rock? Well let me tell you. Whether you believe this rock was formed by natural processes over millions of years, or made by God Himself when the world began, to find such a clear image of Jesus in a picture-like frame is just amazing!
I believe this is one of the greatest rocks ever found and could be a world-famous rock one day.
The casino chip collection includes some of the rarest chips known to exist. Some of the chips have book values from $750-$1,500+ each. The last official casino chip guide lists some of these chips as unique (only one known to exist as of the date of publication), some R-10s (2-3 known survivors), R-9s (4-7), R-8s (8-15), etc. all the way down to common chips (R-1s). Almost all chips are in uncirculated or almost uncirculated condition. A small number are not in mint condition. One can see in the photo a rare Ta-Neva-Ho $100 chip from the 1940s that has a faded hot stamp. Another chip in dirty, less than perfect condition, is a rare Pioneer $25 chip from the early days of Laughlin. There are a few other chips that are not in mint condition. The book value on these chips exceeds $18,000. If a person were to buy these chips one at a time on eBay, the postage alone would be several hundred dollars, plus the cost of air-tite protectors at about $1 each. All casino chips will be shipped in the air-tite protective holders seen in the photo. Chips are mostly from Las Vegas, but many also from Tahoe/Reno, small town Nevada, Atlantic City, and a small number from Indian casinos. There is one mint-condition $5 chip from the Grubstake in Colorado. One old $100 chip from the Riviera is encased in Lucite. There are a few silver-strike tokens in very good condition. These silver strikes are valued at about $20-25 each.
I am also including a magazine photo of possibly the best-looking man who ever lived. Watermark lines will not be on the photo. I am selling the rock, the chip collection and the photo all together. It is hard to place a value on a rock and photo, they are worth whatever someone is willing to pay for them.
The buyer will have a unique rock of Jesus that no one else in the world has, and some of the rarest of the rare casino chips dating back to the 1930s and 1940s until present day chips. There are chips from every decade from the 1930s until now. There are chips from the Sands, Showboat, Stardust, Caesars Palace, El Morocco Club Vegas, Palace Club Reno, Miner's Club Gerlach, ($5 chip), Tropicana, Horseshoe Club, Thunderbird, Flamingo Hilton, Frontier, Luxor, Venetian, MGM Grand, Vegas World, etc.
